What we cannot give a free estimate for
Repair of equipment & controls that would need troubleshooting to determine why it is not functioning.
Example your heater is not working. We can give you a free estimate to replace the heater, but we cannot give you a free estimate to repair the heater since we do not know why it is not working without first troubleshooting.
Our labor rate to come out and troubleshoot is $80 for the first 45 minutes. Very often we can diagnose and repair the problem all within the first 45 minutes if the replacement part is a stock item on our trucks.
